Salem has nearly 2 decades of recruitment experience, specialising in technology delivery, Salem has an eye for detail and loves to get to know his candidates.
He has worked with our MD for over 2 years and has been a major part in the success of Winstanley Associates, it must be something to do with our delivery team, similar to our delivery manager Charlotte, Salem is one of life’s good ones!
You will often hear people refer to Salem as “making the world a better place”.
Outside of work Salem spends his Saturdays teaching and the rest of his time with his 2 boys & wife.
